سوال :۔ صدقۃ الفطر عید کے دن ادا کرنا واجب ہے، اب پوچھنا یہ ہے کہ عید سے پہلے کب ادا کرسکتے ہیں کیا یہ رمضان سے پہلے ادا کیا جاسکتا ہے یا نہیں ؟ دوسرا یہ کہ اگر کسی شخص نے عید کے دن بھی اد انہیں کیا تو اگر وہ عید کے بعد ادا کرتا ہے تو یہ ادا کہلائے گا یا قضا ؟ (عمران غفار)

جواب :- عید الفطر کا دن آنے سے پہلے فطرہ دینا دو وجہوں سے افضل ہے، ایک یہ کہ رمضان میں عبادات کا ثواب بڑھ جاتا ہے دوسرا یہ کہ فقیر محتاج شخص فطرے کی رقم سے اپنی ضرورت پوری کرکے یکسوئی کے ساتھ عید میں شریک ہوسکتاہے۔صدقۃ الفطر خواہ رمضان المبارک میں یا اس سے پہلے دے دیا جائے، ہر وقت جائز ہے ۔ بعض کہتے ہیں کہ جب رمضان المبارک کا مہینہ شروع ہو جائے، اس میں پیشگی صدقہ فطر دینا جائز ہے۔عیدالفطر کے دن کسی وقت بھی ادا کر دے گا تو ادا کرنے والا ہو گا، اگر عید کا دن گزر گیا اورادا نہیں کیا تو ساقط نہیں ہو گا، لیکن یومِ فطر کے بعد اس کا ادا کرنا بعض فقہا ءکے نزدیک قضا اور بعض کے نزدیک ادا کہلائے گا ۔

Eligibility and Pre-requisites

Before submitting an Online Power of Attorney (PoA) application, Applicant must meet the following criteria:

Executor (s) must be an Overseas Pakistani

  • Valid Identity document of Executor (s), Witnesses and Attorney including CNIC / NICOP / POC (both front and sides)
  • Valid e-mail address of the Executor (s)
  • Contact Number and Mailing Address in the country of application (outside of Pakistan)
  • Biometrics of Executor (s) and 2 x witnesses (Best 4 fingers)
  • Credit Card / Debit Card to make online Fee Payment within the application
  • Scanned Copy of Original Power of Attorney with signature and thumb impressions of executants(s) and witnesses, as well as photo of executant affixed on it
  • Any other relevant documents (for example Affidavit, if applicable, to be uploaded in the PoA system by the Applicant)
  • Details of Attorney and Witnesses
  • For POA Attestation, Foreigners are required to physically visit the concerned Pakistan Mission Abroad after having their documents attested from their country’s respective State Department/Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Executor (s) are responsible for choosing their concerned Pakistan Foreign Mission (Embassy/High Commission/Consulate) when applying for the Digital Power of Attorney. Failure to do so might route the application to the wrong mission and could result in rejection.

In case of a Foreigner, the Applicant is required to physically visit the concerned Pakistan Mission Abroad after having their documents attested from their country’s State Department/Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

رمضان کے قضا روزے لگاتار رکھنے چاہییں یا وقفہ سے رکھیں ؟؟
جواب:
:  رمضان کے روزوں کی قضاء واجب ہے اور اس میں وسعت رکھی گئی ہے، وقت کی کوئی قید نہیں ہے لہٰذا قضاء روزے لگاتار رکھیں یا سال میں وقفے وقفے کے ساتھ، دونوں طرح جائز ہیں۔

I have resigned from a company which I have worked for 2 year. I was getting salary of KD 550 per month. I came here one year visa after completion of 1 year visa, I renewed for another one year, Another renewal due on March 25. I have however resigned, so how much indemnity will get for these 2 years. Please reply as soon as possible.

Answer: Unfortunately, you don’t qualify for indemnity because you have not put in the minimum three years of service required by the labor law. However if you have unused leave days, you have to be compensated in monetary terms for that.

Since 1 August 2021 foreigners with valid residency have been allowed to enter Kuwait. You must be fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved in Kuwait (2 doses of either Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, or 1 dose of Johnson and Johnson). This applies to all foreign residents aged 16 and above. Confirmation of your vaccination status (this must be “green”) needs to be registered with Kuwait’s Ministry of Health via the ‘Immune’ App or on the Mobile Civil ID app, or through presenting a certificate of vaccination outside Kuwait that includes a readable QR code. Kuwait also considers as fully vaccinated those who have had two doses of vaccine not approved in Kuwait if they have also had one dose of an approved vaccine, see ‘Demonstrating your COVID-19 status’. On 20 December, Kuwait announced that from 2 January 2022, they would not consider individuals as being fully vaccinated if more than 9 months had passed since their second vaccination and they had not received a third booster dose.

From 4 January 2022, you must present a negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours prior to your arrival in Kuwait. You must download the Shlonik app before boarding. From 11 January, passengers who have been infected with Coronavirus in the 28 days of their arrival are permitted to enter the state of Kuwait after spending the appropriate period in isolation:

  • Vaccinated passengers: can submit a positive (PCR) test certificate between 7-28 days prior to arrival
  • Non-vaccinated passengers: can submit a positive (PCR) test certificate between 10-28 prior to arrival

From 18 January, you will have to quarantine at home for seven days on arrival, although quarantine can end if the PCR test carried out upon arrival proves negative.

Electronic Visas are now available for fully vaccinated individuals. Visit the Ministry of Interior website for more information. Applicants will be able to check the status of their application before travelling and the visas will be issued upon arrival.

The Director General of the Public Authority for Civil Information, Musaed Al-Asousi, confirmed that as part of its permanent efforts to develop its electronic services and facilitate procedures, the Authority launched a civil card delivery service that aims to help citizens and residents obtain a civil card in an easy way without the need to visit any of the authority’s branches, which leads to Reducing crowding and preserving the effort and time of the references, in addition to maintaining social distancing to ensure their health safety and to avoid infection with the emerging coronavirus.

Al-Asousi revealed that the authority has contracted with one of the leading companies in the field of delivery. The fee for one card delivery service is two dinars, and an additional quarter of a dinar is added to each additional card with the same address, and the service can be requested by entering the card delivery website https://delivery.paci.gov.kw which allows tracking of application and civil ID delivery stages.

 

  • The civil card delivery service is a paid service by the beneficiary, not at the expense of the Public Authority for Civil Information.
  • The delivery cost of the first main card is 2 KWD. Other cards can be added, provided that they should have the same PACI Address Number as of the first main card; 250 fills (a quarter of a dinar) will be charged for each additional card.
  • After raising the delivery service request, you will be contacted at the required phone number through the delivery company’s call center.
  • The delivery company is obligated to deliver to the specified location during the order submission.
  • Delivery is within 2 working days after the delivery company picks up the ID Cards from PACI headquarter.
  • To communicate and inquire about the delivery service, please call (22066550)
  • The existing ID card delivery request will be canceled once you submit any other change-request related to your card, and you will be requested to apply for a new ID Delivery Request and pay the delivery fee again.
  • The Delivery fee is not refundable and pays "one-time-only" upon submitting the delivery request.
  • Delivery depends on customer accepting and arranging delivery with the delivery team. If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery will be affected and delayed without any responsibility to the delivery company.
  • Delivery requests are accepted ONLY for Civil Cards that are ready for delivery
