ریاض: نگران وزیراعظم انوار الحق کاکڑ اور کویت کے ولی عہد شیخ مشعل الاحمد الجابر الصباح کی ریاض میں ملاقات ہوئی ہے ۔مشترکہ عرب اسلامی غیر معمولی سربراہی اجلاس کے موقع پر ہونیوالی ملاقات میں دونوں رہنماؤں نے مقبوضہ فلسطین میں جاری تنازع پر تبادلہ خیال کیا اور غزہ میں جاری اسرائیلی جارحیت اور محاصرے کے دوران شہریوں کی بڑی تعداد میں شہادتوں پر گہری تشویش کا اظہار کیا۔ انہوں نے جنگ بندی، محاصرے کے خاتمے اور غزہ کے محصور لوگوں کے لیے انتہائی ضروری انسانی امداد کی فراہمی کی فوری ضرورت پر زور دیا۔وزیراعظم انوار الحق کاکڑ نے اقوام متحدہ اور او آئی سی کی متعلقہ قراردادوں کے مطابق دو ریاستی حل کے لیے پاکستان کی مسلسل حمایت کو بھی اجاگر کیا۔ دونوں رہنماؤں نے دوطرفہ تعلقات بالخصوص اقتصادی اور سرمایہ کاری کے شعبوں پر بھی تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ وزیراعظم نے کویتی ولی عہد کو ایس آئی ایف سی کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا اور کویت کو پاکستان میں سرمایہ کاری کی دعوت دی ۔

Commemorating 60 years of diplomatic relations, the Embassy in collaboration with Kuwait National Council of Culture Arts and Letters (NCCAL) organized an Art Workshop at Free Art Atelier to exhibit cultural convergence between Pakistan and Kuwait. Famous Truck Artists from Pakistan and Kuwaiti artists showcased an exciting cultural fusion, bridging borders through art. Mr. Musaed Al-Zamal, Assistant Secretary General of the arts sector (NCCAL) was the chief guest. He appreciated the artists for an exceptional display of their talents. The Foreign Minister of Pakistan H.E. Jalil Abbas Jilani, met with the Foreign Minister of Kuwait, H.E. Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of the extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Council of Foreign Ministers of OIC on Palestine. He expressed grave concerns on crisis in Gaza over the loss of lives of innocent Palestinians. Both agreed on urgent need for a ceasefire, de-escalation, & timely provision of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza.
